Hot and humid off the scale this morning. Captured at the start and finish line of the Petrie #parkrun. Third run there, my 317th run and a PB for Petrie at 24.35.

Setting off this morning at Old Esk Railway Station #parkrun. A nice two-lap scoot down part of the Brisbane Valley Rail Trail with a diversion into the Esk Showgrounds. My 316th run, 122nd course and time of 24.30.

On the third day of Christmas my true love gave to me the last #parkrun of the year today at Gainsborough Parkland on northern Gold Coast. Bike and train to new station just 300m away. Loved their festive chalk marks and appreciated much cooler day for 24.07 in 313th run 120th course.

After yesterday storms, today was bright and sunny for Tamborine Mountain #parkrun two-lapper on grass, red dirt and concrete paths with warning to watch slippery sections The reward was twofold.Well-earned big breakfast at Eagle Heights cafe followed by the exhilarating freewheel down the hill.

After yesterday storms, today was bright and sunny for Tamborine Mountain #parkrun two-lapper on grass, red dirt and concrete paths with warning to watch slippery sections The reward was twofold.Well-earned big breakfast at Eagle Heights cafe followed by the exhilarating freewheel down the hill.
Big day today Train to Beenleigh then cycle 40km up to Tamborine Mtn to stay the night ahead of #parkrun. Then did a 20km walk around the town and national park area. A couple of soakings along the way

Don’t think there was an official photographer at Darebin #parkrun today in outer northern Melbourne so will have to go with my pre run selfie. Time 24.52. Run 304. Course 118. Got the 86 tram out from the city which dropped me off 5-6 mins from the start line

Cycled 95km (trail is 80km return but I had add ons and detours) today on the Warrnambool Port Fairy rail trail via Koroit. Beautiful country with mix of coastal and inland vegetation. Lots of birds, cattle and sheep, two snakes and two magpie attacks

In Vic I racked up new #parkrun course Inverloch 2.5hrs from city I roped in mate Grant as he could bring sailboard & sail in the inlet. He got the board out I paddled in his kayak.cool for my Qld senses this mornwith 15 min walk to start lovely glimpses of inlet all the way Tx to designated driver

In Vic I racked up new #parkrun course Inverloch 2.5hrs from city I roped in mate Grant as he could bring sailboard & sail in the inlet. He got the board out I paddled in his kayak.cool for my Qld senses this mornwith 15 min walk to start lovely glimpses of inlet all the way Tx to designated driver

Was 27.30 pacer at Chermside #parkrun today. 300th run and 46th vollie (Sadly must wait another 200 runs for next shirt). Clearly a significant day as it was also parkrun's 21st birthday and my daughter's 30th. Happy birthday to all concerned

Michael Davitt's letter to Nationalist electors of Waterford Dec 14, 1891. Byelection was held after Parnell's death split the Irish party. Davitt who founded the Land League, went up against Parnell supporter John Redmond but lost by 500 votes thanks to Redmond's support in bacon factory workers.

Snapped at Mitchelton #parkrun where I ran 24.12 in my 299th run. Cycled 8km there and back pretty much all along the Kedron Brook bikeway as was the course back in the direction I came from
