The story I hear from friends who are old school KCS historians is that it was a fairly corrupt thing though. The kid who won, their father was a fairly decent level manager for the railroad. At least thats what the rumor is when I heard it 40 years later. I bet now at almost 50 it'll change again

its just the Great Northern revived. But they overcooked it. the H2 was the perfect look, these new H4 versions really make it look bad. H3 I can give a pass.
