Then she went to a Springsteen show. Her *first ever* concert. It changed everything. So she followed Bruce to Australia.

A couple years ago, singer/songwriter Emma Swift @emmaswiftsings.bsky.social had a nervous breakdown & psychotic episode. She was hospitalized for several weeks. Then got better and wrote some amazing songs. She walks us through all of it in a fascinating interview.

Aaron Foster had an abusive father, his brother with schizophrenia died by suicide, and he's been diagnosed with depression. He's owned two restaurants and had a successful 20-year art career. Now in his 50s, he's decided to be a full-time comedian. He's very funny.
