I had the same experience with healthcare agents. They *directly* contradicted the providers actual directions to the patient.

How about this thought? This week is 12 years since you quit smoking. I know this because you were my quitting buddy! I quit on father's day that year and 3 days later you announced that you had quit too. It really helped dude. Thank you!
