Never been happier to be wrong about a game. A worthy successor to Legends Arceus while also tackling something different, and answered almost every criticism I had toward Scarlet/Violet. This is what Pokémon should be: fresh and experimental. Full review soon.

Yep, still my favorite game of all-time and still just as magical was it was back in 2007. Nintendo did a lot more with this remaster than they've been given credit for, though it helps Galaxy holds up remarkably well as-is. Excited to play Galaxy 2 again next.

The individual arcs aren't quite as strong as the first season's, and gets bogged down at times with the accumulating threads it weaves, but it at least all dovetails nicely into a satisfying conclusion in the final stretch.

The demo sold me on this and it was nice to see the full game delivered. Wonderful slow-burn story and a fantastic battle system. Only major complaint is that I don't like how it handles your party. Lacked strong group dynamic because of rotating members.
