LEO operating like public executioners isn’t new; it’s as American as apple pie. 🥧 Now that federal agents are murdering white citizens on camera, our justice system’s flaws are apparent to the masses, but let’s be clear: policing has always taken the lives of Black & Brown people, including kids.

Despite crime rates and prison populations declining, spending on militarizing communities with ICE and Border Patrol is increasing.

If it’s really about keeping our communities safe, why not continue to focus on the community reform efforts that led to the decrease in crime and prison populations?

If you’ve never done something like this before, or you feel like it won’t make a difference, think about our neighbors in MN!

Literally negative temperatures, first general strike the country has seen in decades, major corps issuing statements because they’re losing money.

WE’RE WITH YOU MN!!

GEO Group, a private prison company, has been awarded a contract to re-open a closed prison to detain undocumented individuals.

This is mass incarceration. Prison populations have been on the decline since 2010, and this is how the carceral system replaces what it's losing.
