11/13/25: White Toyota SUV driver drove on the wrong side of the street on 41st to pass two student skate boarders right as they all arrived at the traffic circle at Grove and a sedan from the opposite direction was exiting the traffic circle. Sedan and skateboarders swerved to avoid the SUV driver.
