Quick math question, if I have a supply of something, say I have 98 of it that I am willing to sell. But then I decide actually I only want to sell 95 of that thing(I just change my mind about 3 of them). Is there less supply?

Setup 2. Use YieldStar or Realpage and change occupancy rate to 95%
Step 3 profit.
Step 4, point out that not the exact same unit is being kept vacant all the time nothing to see here

Usually like this guy, but look, property management companies specifically DONT rent units out so they can make MORE money. It's not a myth it is literally what they do!
