Actually we didn’t ALL sign treaties. Some were faked, others signed willingly, some never signed at all.

That's the problem Hank. People do things they don't *want* all the time. Poor people steal. Oppressed people fight. The Trail of Tears tribes signed treaties to be removed. I think a hard look at tribal impoverishment and the power of Tesla will reveal conditions of implicit coercion.
