I'm much better at lake fishing, but that's our river crossing area. I've seen deer, river otters, even EAGLES.
This is the actual crossing. We have a small field on the other side that I think used to be a pasture 100+ years ago.
If I can't catch fish, I can at least enjoy the scenery. 😉

Tried beans on toast tonight. Yum!
Had to use Bush's. I know Heinz is traditional, just sure if I can still get that brand here. We USED to. Will look next time I get groceries to be authentic next time. ❤️

Only three things I refuse to eat.
Oysters are green b/c I actually CAN'T. Mildly allergic.
Not terribly crazy about celery, raisins & white chocolate, but will eat them in certain circumstances. Celery's good in soup, & the choco has to be an expensive brand.
Cheap brands are disgustingly sweet.
