In the past week or so, I've had 2 amazing things happen as a proud dad (in no order):
- Youngest accepted to first choice college for Fall 2026
- Oldest featured in social media by their employer for work and efforts as a 20/21 yo
Very fortunate indeed.

Well, I guess I have officially become an independent today. Going to do my best to vote for those candidates who actually believe in freedom for all. Not support (voting or campaign contributions) of those who are racist, homophobic, misogynistic, or downright ugly people.

MN State Fair is always great!
Although this year, right after I had successfully pulled the last bit of my pronto pup off the stick...it fell to ground. I was sad.

First college visit for youngest kid completed. It was a "fine" all around. So still continuing search. It was fun seeing MSU Moorhead for first time and their passion for being a dragon!

I was traveling to my home state of MT when the No Kings protests happened. Went down to the one in Billings, MT. Very proud of my home state truly showing up!
