1.1. First thing is to not clutter your mind with stories around things external to you. That co-worker who ignored your advice and did a dumb thing? Let them.

Daily meditation practice is a key exercise for this type of discipline.

1. Clearly discern what's changeable and what isn't.
2. Right action to maximize results when possible.
3. Be content with (even love) what is not changeable; accept fate/reality with grace and humility.

My magic number is 57 (only three years away). That leaves social security as the dominant factor. Do I stick it out to 62, 65? It feels like gambling with how many good years you have left bc you don't know.
