I had a good size blood clot in my heart for almost a year, EF was 20-25. Since the blood clot dissolved my heart has regained some functionality, so getting better. I can build my heart back up to a certain extent, but can't do anything about the drugs.

Thing called 'injection fraction', measures the amount of blood that the left ventricle is capable of pushing out of the chamber each beat. Normal is around 65-70 (% I assume), I'm now at 30-35.

I have same issue, trying to do too much. Pushing myself is good, but overdoing it leaves me exhausted and feeling like shit for hours. It's about listening to my body and having a good idea when I'm approaching "too much". All I can do is walk, really. Pumping iron, out of the question.
