The fact you think this is better makes it clear the kind of person you are.

The levels of misogyny required to think of this, or think it's a clever solution to keep your hands clean, are revolting.

Presumably to have Mandami standing behind him at attention.

There is a bunch of stuff about non one sitting while the king stands. I wouldn't be surprised if Trump cared or thought in those lines.

And then we have the soap isle, also a necessity, but it's just an excersize in how much bright colours and brands names can break human brains. No objective anything in sight.

We nominally know none of us is immune to propaganda, so I wish we'd actually act appropriately.

I assume it's because they realize the unsaid bit, which is obviously capitalism prpbably needs to go.

It's predicated on essentially the one metric, production, and I just do not see how you curtail harmful production with that underlying logic. It's a poisoned incentive at the root of the system.

I have tried to point out to people advertising of most sorts should probably be banned for years, and they are weirdly defensive of it.

Even when you point out that advertising has a huge negative impact on everyone's mental health, people are just crazy indoctrinated.

And when people crow that you're hurting the poor shareholder... nope, you're just leveraging the stupid fucking rules they put in place, i.e. shareholder supremacy, to force corporations to comply with the law and not constantly behave in the most monstrous way possible.
November 13, 2025 at 10:55 PM
A second optimization, no disproportional representation in court.

For every dollar you spend on a private attorney you also fund the prosecution for a dollar.

No more overwhelming the states ability to go after rich assholes by just outspending them.
November 13, 2025 at 10:52 PM
Also, reverse the absurd precedent that certain crimes are too "complex" for juries to handle.

It's absolute bullshit. Given class dynamics, many crimes are too close to judges for them to handle, and judges should face similar punishment for not recusing, i.e. capital.

Juries only for this shit.
November 13, 2025 at 10:50 PM
Entirely possible he didn't, he just realizes you need to actually control your own country before going to take colonial acquisitions or you'll get pulled down by dissenters at home.
September 27, 2025 at 4:23 PM
You came to bitch at women for centering themsleves and their own problems, accusing them of having a lack of empathy for not centering the ones primarily responsible.

Other guys commented without being jerks, and their contributions where taken just fine. You were a dick, and got treated as such.
August 13, 2025 at 1:07 AM
So maybe if you were less of an unpleasant tool you could make new friends?

But instead, you're here, a gay man, bitching at women that clearly don't want to talk to you instead of talking to any of those lonely men in need of empathy. Seems like the root of both problems is on display here!
August 12, 2025 at 10:51 PM
Ya, my parents aren't religious, but my dads parents where, and it's awkward to have to talk around stuff when explaining to people why I start grinning or laughing when I'm anxious or hurt in public.

It can be particularly bad when people are scaring you but you can only smile back.
August 8, 2025 at 12:24 AM
And even that's anthropomorphizing it.

On the balance the statistical associations in the model in regards to the query where nonsense, so the chat-bot generated confidently written bullshit because it hadn't plagiarized sufficiently similar and frequent content in its stolen training data.

Unfinished bad shit that is burning up our dwindling resources to pump stock prices.

We need to stop rewarding tech companies for running obvious cons but no one wants to risk deflating the stock market.
July 31, 2025 at 3:12 AM
Voters are very ignorant, so you can sell them awful ideas like bigotry and climate denial, but it's ultimately because they've been told and believed it will make things better.

Democrats similarly need to get to building a real counter-narrative and commit, and to stop just pivoting to the right.
July 31, 2025 at 2:21 AM
Not only do parties move voters, centrist neoliberalism only offers pain and suffering and people have realized that.

You'll never win unless the opposition is wildly and recently unpopular with a platform that is too little to do more than stem the bleeding, too late.

People want change and hope.

Presumably just pushing him to fuck up the battle at Ostagar, turn on Cailan to avoid a Ferelden/Orlais alliance that preserves the areas strength and potentially stops the civil war, ect.

They where just looking for characters that players would recognize that would imply such goals, I think.
July 27, 2025 at 11:43 PM
Then you just make it a requirement that the payee confirm what the payment is for.

If grandma keeps insisting that the private business 20k$ transaction is arrears owed to the taxman or on her mortgage, you decline and it's auto-reported.
July 27, 2025 at 10:24 PM
Math doesn't require you boil litters of water and set several trees on fire to do what a human could, but only much more incompetently and without character.
July 27, 2025 at 7:34 AM
I had it confirmed latter by some friends I made that had travelled early to visit one of the beaches.

They'd ended up hating it, because sex work was rampant, and specifically the guys there for it could not behave themselves or be normal in any context.

The way they treated people was revolting.
July 6, 2025 at 3:01 AM
I think the most uncomfortable part of bottom surgery in Thailand, which included being regularly poked in a fresh box and told to strip in rooms full of people, was getting off the plane at landing.

Totally cooked, not having slept in like 30 hours, I could still tell exactly who these guys where.
July 6, 2025 at 2:48 AM
It seems to me, like the kind of situation where taken as a whole what's been done is monstrous, but it's much easier to cope with if you make each poor choice as it comes and are kept so busy you never reflect on the whole of what you've helped do.
July 5, 2025 at 6:49 PM
H-1B workers I would guess. Musk has been very open about his preference for workers that can't quit.

It's also not that hard to justify to yourself, if you've already helped implement the feature.

"This car is going to kill people, all I'm deciding is whether or not we're held responsible"
July 5, 2025 at 6:47 PM
One of my favorite things, but something which also causes me great consternation, is that people seem unwilling to understand that the confidence you feel about your conclusions is just a feeling.

You don't actually know you're right, you're having a feeling.
