Been on leave of absence from work due to rotator cuff surgery and gained 10lbs from being idle and limited to physical therapy, that and election stress. So treated myself to a new toy, a Sunny Rowing Machine, and am going to row myself slim. Not waiting till new years this time. Wish me luck
