😝 Midwest, CO & NE are your safest options. MN is most affordable. NE/CO are very expensive. WA doesn’t fare as well but is the lowest temp (I am heat sensitive). FEMA will collapse even under a Dem admin, eventually everyone will be on their own. It’s unsustainable. Move now b4 prices skyrocket!
