BIGGEST mistake cos make is using AI to replace live cust serv reps. A recent very bad experience with a roadside assist co confirms this for me. That co has lost my business after 20+ years. Use AI to replace decisions makers in cos as AI probably makes better business decisions than humans.

Trump will primary her. Also, by Jan 5, she will have served the 5 yrs needed to get congressional pension. Plus her business has taken a hit recently.
