I'm a mom, small business owner, public school champion and healthcare advocate who is running for Congress in Nebraska's 2nd District.
This ignores the will of Nebraskans and is part of a broader pattern: Washington politicians putting party loyalty over the needs of working families. In Congress, I’ll keep fighting for fair elections, working families, and leadership that actually reflects our Nebraska values.

This should be common sense but for far too long our representatives have prioritized special interests over the health (physical AND economic) of our communities. And it needs to stop.

We must also use the power of the government to negotiate prescription drug prices and advocate for greater transparency so you’re not surprised by a massive bill you can’t pay.

We have GOT to do better and in Congress I’ll work hand in hand with experts to increase access to care, increase our pool of primary care doctors and surgeons (especially in rural parts of our state), and increase reimbursement rates for Medicaid so more providers can accept it.

The policies being handed down by the Trump admin are making an already overburdened system even harder to navigate. And Don Bacon’s vote to cut Medicaid for 78,000 Nebraskans is like pulling out the bottom piece of a Jenga game - it just makes the whole thing even more unstable.

It is clearer by the day that our community is ready for change. We deserve a representative in Washington that gives a damn and is going to fight for all of us. I’m ready to get to work for you in Congress — let’s do this!
