I was skeptical until the mind-bogglingly ironic insult at the end. Now I'm fully on board.

I’m always the first to defend Lost, because what were people expecting? Everything about that show, including the ending, was so perfectly Lost. And I enjoyed it all. If we never see or speak of the goats again, that couldn’t be more Severance. I hope we get to go on all sorts of tangents. It’s fun

As someone who also loves living alone, I agree with all of this. I really think it begins and ends with genuinely liking yourself. “Keeping busy” might be a short-term solution, but when you truly enjoy spending time with yourself, it doesn’t matter what you’re doing.
