Nothing about this is surprising.

Forcing good people to choose between their life circumstances and a paycheck, is in fashion.

But to dismiss the compounding economic value that flexible work yields in a time of crippling US national debt, is negligence.

It's busting at the seams with people who live where they work and are hungry for a 3rd space (not quite home, not quite an office).

They're converting some shelving space into a set of mini-conference rooms open to the community to use.

They get it.
