Meet them where they are I think. TikTok, SnapChat etc. use influencers to encourage voting. Have polling at university and Colleges and team up with bookstores etc to give out prizes for people who voted etc

In the 2021 election only about 46% of voters aged 18-24 voted. So that pulls the average down. We have an older demographic on PEI so higher average
