Garbage move that only cheats the people of Kansas from hearing open discussion and debate on important budget matters. Typical of Republican extremists who have no interest in transparency in government.

This happened yesterday in deep red Kansas. Dems and Republicans alike pushing back against a MAGA senator who can't take the heat.

This. We desperately need more truth tellers on the front lines in KS to shed light on ultracons' run on our public schools, their tax cuts for the wealthy, and overall attack on our democracy.
Friends, I understand the urge to unplug from the media, but I never would have known my Rep was funded by “school choice” millionaires if my local newspaper wouldn’t have reported it.

We need folks on the ground covering school board meetings and city council meetings and commissioner reports.

Jimmy's here in Heaven, and let me tell you, it's rare to meet someone who got the 'love thy neighbor' part so right.

School vouchers are literally welfare for the wealthy. Check out Iowa, where the high cost of these vouchers has resulted in the closing of many public schools.
#FunFact The president of the Kansas Senate, Ty Masterson, is also coincidentally the American Legislative Exchange Council's National Chairman.
ALEC is pushing
"✌️ #schoolchoice ✌️"
#vouchers/ #SchoolVouchers/ aka #SegregationCoupons with Kansas targeted starting in 2025. #ksleg #ksed
