And, personally, I find skilled tool users sexy. Wheelchair users, folks with canes or wearing prosthetics. I was privileged to get to know a lot of people with disabilities in explicitly sex-positive spaces and I wish more people had access to those events/communities where we're all feeling sexy.

Really good consent practices are important, including educating yourself on power dynamics common to people with disabilities and particularly the physical/mental/emotional reality of the particular person you're attracted to. And cultivate awareness of what all draws you to the three-D person here
