In the dénouement, we learn that tab navigation can be enabled in Vivaldi by going to >Settings >Webpages >Webpage Focus and selecting "Focus All Controls and Links."

I think this should be the default.

@jon @Vivaldi So I've disabled spatial navigation, but I still can't tab through links. I assumed that would restore what should be the default behavior on the web. Is there no way to tab through links in Vivaldi?

@jon Thanks. I'm so unfamiliar with spatial navigation that I tried using it but didn't know to use the shift key. I'm getting some odd behavior (e.g., navigating through a simple list, either stopping or moving in the wrong direction), but I'll continue testing.
