remember a lot of the geography from having lived there decades ago - while hubs was in grad school and in the Navy. So ironic the Pacific Palisades over looks the ocean while burning up….so sad to see.

I think it would be the teacher- h/she does not get paid as a student teacher but usually takes it as part of a course required for the certification, which the student also pays for.
