also its missing this back part that usually is the thing that retracts the gear,and also distrubutes some force

well the problem is because the gear is transmitting force directly upwards,and with one hydraulic thingy,it isnt actually doing much to distrubute the force its just delaying the shock;here you can see the hydraulics spread the force more into the fuselage instead of a single point
