I think the only Tony Hawk GBA game I played was THUG but I remember having an absolute blast with it as a kid.

I put my headphones on as soon as I’m done saying hi and confirming that’s my ride. That’s the real pro move lol

Unless it’s a mainline/bigger Nintendo title, I guess. You know that is not going on sale anytime soon 😅

I can’t remember what AAA developer was complaining about gamers expecting too much from games and my first thought was… my game of the year is literally a roguelike based on poker hands. We don’t expect too much we just want good games lol

Toy Story 2 is such a great game. It didn’t even need the Toy Story license, though that definitely puts it on another level for me.

The RNG is wild, a couple of nights ago I played against someone who got heads like 6 out of 7 times in one match 😭

Game of the year for me. Starts off super simple but you can get super creative with your build as you learn more. If you don’t like poker don’t let that deter you, yes it uses poker hands but that’s really all you need to know. Even then, there’s an easily accessible menu that lists them.

Kind of related, anyone else remember the Insomniac Museum in some of the older Ratchet and Clank games? I’m sure other games have done it but that blew my mind as a kid.

Feels like no one talks about Burnout Paradise. I don’t really like racing games all that much (sim or arcade) but I couldn’t put this one down.

I mean, League of Legends but I would never recommend the game to anyone else 😅 I absolutely hated it when I first played and now 12 years later and I’m still here…
