That's interesting... Im sure some guys at the early warning stations were looking at their screens and going "WTF are they doing!? Are they REALLY doing this... F*** morons..."

If they send all 64 of the M-84's it will be all the current croatian tank fleet. But they won't send all of them at once, not at least until we get some Leopard 2A8's for replacement. And 100+ M80 IFV's is around half of the Croatian IFV fleet

Yeah, they won't be sent all at once, but in the end we will probably send all of them in the end

Nope, I'm talking specifically about M-84D, not M-95. As I said, I know of 2 M-84D prototypes, but I haven't seen any info or data on the serial production of the tanks. I also know of the 2 separate prototypes of M-95 which was developed from the separate Yugoslav project M-91 Vihor

The urgency is evident, but I have low faith in the political will for such a step.

Can you post a source for those 15 M-84D's? I know two prototypes were built but I know of no serial production.

I think in the end Croatia will send all of their M-84's to Ukraine. Of the 74 available, 64 will be sent because 10 are not in working condition and they evaluated it's not worth repairing them. 64 Tanks are available with 50 combat ready and 14 requiring repairs

I thibk all of them are M-84A4 variant, sadly we didn't upgrade any tanks to the M-84D standard

Croatia should have sent those tanks to Ukraine 2 years ago. Exchanging old Yugoslav M-84 tanks (basicaly a copy of T-72) and M80 IFV's (A Yugoslav IFV simmilar to BMP-2) for leopard 2A8's is a very good deal. But there were political opposition to this from the moronic Croatian president
