We're working to make our union more member-led, more focused on taking industrial action to improve our workplaces, and standing in solidarity with all of our members, as well as all workers at home and across borders.
Member Democracy A union run by Members! With empowered branches, democratically accountable staff, and transparent decision-making. Building Real Industrial Power Fighting proactively for members! Building membership by campaigning on workplace and industrial issues, and taking action. Solidarity A union standing for all! Countering the far-right, supporting marginalised workers (migrant, trans, and disabled members in particular), and showing international and cross-union solidarity.
