True outcomes-based healthcare is less expensive and more effective. It should be driven by quality of life impacts for the patients and their families. With NICU care, this model reduced both cost of care and lengths of stay - while maintaining clinical outcomes and improving overall quality.

The court is compromised. The four dissenting justices should be impeached. Alito and Thomas are brazen about their corruption. It is time for the court to be expanded to 13 justices with 10 year term limits!
