We are . It has to be this way. It doesn’t sadden me. Given the majority in the chambers, it has to be grassroots, from bottom-up and we’re here for it! The resistance has got to come from the people.

Oh they talked plenty about what Trump would do. So did we…some voters decided to demonstrate a point anyway. You’re right that some Dem reps like Tlaib did not unite -but it’s far bigger tent than reps so it’s challenging to please everyone always but for vast majority there is unity in stance

I could see validity in both scenarios. But there wasn’t unity in approach from the get-go since some chose not to attend. But not having unity in method does not mean there is not unity in stance.

Infallible? You do realize that means not making mistakes… right? Never said that. Never implied that so that seems quite an inappropriate reply. My point is that no matter what..there would’ve been complaints. And by some staying in the chamber, it provided the counter to the Republicans.
