I still plan on adding some more things, but for the moment, the model is completely finished, this process has taught me a lot about Blender, and also some animation work, but thats not ready to show JUST yet

so heres a render of the finished product

I thought the outline was a bit boring, so I used grease pencil with line art, which looked better, but after I added some glow, noise w/ random, and a few other effects it REALLY popped, giving it a sketched look, which I also used on the face and thus, V3

2/3 I am VERY happy that happened because I feel the outlines showing color looks much cooler

But I still felt like I was missing SOMETHING

While I was working on a scene, whichndidnt really look the greatest and I scrapped, a friend gave me an idea

"you should add comic book dots"
which i thought was a great idea

but when I added them, the way I made the shader caused it to be black and white, so I changed the outline color

I added some wires and also some sort of end things as the plain white look of the whole thing didn't really look good

In addition I started messing with grease penciling effects and ended up with a wave effect, which I used on the screen

the next 2 days, I worked on it for a few hours per day respectively, when I had the idea of grease penciling a texture onto the model.

while making a metallic texture didn't pan out, I did decide that adding some doodles made it look nicer, and by Sunday, V2 was finished!

that day when I got home, I worked on the model more, by the end of the day I had what is now V1, which was ALMOST the finished product

four-ish days ago, I was messing around with Blender in class, as you do, and I made a hand, which was mainly me remembering peridot robot hand and liking the general idea

I then made the rest of the arm and the outline shader, which at first was just a single color, black

I'm learning blender again so here's a little portfolio/ design process of this little fella
