Took me a little bit to warm up to him, but I do agree that he's a REALLY good character when you give him a chance. Though I think his usual outfit is the reason it took me a while to see it. Made me a little uncomfy.

Real answer: I've seen it done a few times for small areas, but I assume the reason they aren't used often to connect large chunks of the game is because it would complicate the map a whole lot. You're effectively adding an additional layer to keep track of. Cool if you can make it work, though!

Couldn't get into the Zeldas before OoT, but I played through all the old Metroid games last year as a sort of challenge for myself and had a blast the whole way through. ... Well, almost all. I didn't play the ORIGINAL Metroid 2.

Things worked out in the end. Was able to tell them what the deal was, there was some tension but I stood my ground, and now they can see that I'm happier. All's well, and for that I'm very grateful. I know not everyone gets that same luxury.

I still love my parents with all my heart, but when I discovered being a teacher wasn't for me, it was HARD to get the message through. They were pretty set on this idea of me going into teaching, to the degree that I basically had to set up a whole different career behind their backs.

I'm extremely hyped for air riders, and I'm always down for a good Zelda random. Co op mods for games tend to be pretty good too. Haven't watched any Dokapon yet, so can't say on that front.
