You should get a point for losing in the shootout that’s it. Honestly there’s to much whining about this. You go to get 3 points regulation win and 2 points ot/shootout win. 1 point shootout loss.

I like the way kapanen is playing. Not saying the habs should but if let’s say buffalo says were trading Thompson and want kapanen and a prospect defenseman not named reinbacher would you do it.?

they won so he does know what he’s doing. Xhejak is the 6th defenseman . Habs have depth so he’s not going to get big minutes.

Sometimes you get lucky. McPhee drafted them ahead of Suzuki so he also thought Suzuki was the third best. Sometimes too bad gms make a good deal.

I would consider trading reinbacher. I know he was drafted 5th overall but he’s had a few injuries which is concerning but that 2C needs to be Thomas if he’s available or Thompson if he’s available.

If oreilly wasn’t 34 I would say do it but not for someone his age. Kapanen may be better than anyone that may be available.

I will do this again at the Christmas break and Olympic break . He may get an A then. B is still really good.
