If you get your work done, being on your phone shouldn't be an issue. Or if there are clients in the office. My coworkers and boss are always on their phones but we do the work. Who tf cares? We're adults.

I want to add that Ruby is gorgeous but she is a diva and very sneaky. Caught her chewing on my sis's AirPod and tried to take it away and she snapped at me. (I still took it and she ran under the bed and is still sulking there.)
