Today I got to introduce an American visitor to the distillery to the joy that is Ribena!

This morning was so cold that Loch Harport froze in places and was absolutely still for almost all the day - very unusual for this loch.

Hatches are battened down for Storm Bert but this morning the loch and MacLeod's Maidens looked spectacular!

This was on the mountains yesterday morning. Now almost the entire island is freezing and snowy. I got turned into a snowman putting the closed sign out at work tonight.

Clear night tonight on Skye with a big moon and getting very, very cold. We are all tucked up in our beds and hoping the next few days bring some warmer weather and a replacement gas heater 🙂

We have had some snowfall appear and disappear on the island since early October but now Skye's Cuillins have a proper blanket of winter.

This was my mother in law driving around the supermarket in her new mobility scooter which I assembled for her.

For over a year getting around the supermarket has been super hard for her. Now she is getting a little piece of control back.
