There are these like, migraine caps that you can put in the freezer, they’re soft like gel so they dont freeze like HARD solid but they get really cold! And the cold can sometimes help people with migraines get rid of them! This is the one i got, but some walgreens or cvs has them too!

Btw idk if you guys remember the bookcase I got from my great gma, but I am being very selective about what I put in it lol. Top shelf rn is greek mythology retellings, but I plan to add some of the original greek mythology stories too :) second shelf is just pics of my dad as place holders 1/2

Apollo loves when I pet the side of his face and along his jaw and muzzle with my foot when I’m laying down. Little weirdo. Also he still steals One of my sandals but has started mixing it up and stealing the right one occasionally, not just the left like he use too.
