In fairness to JD Vance, he's not wrong that Canada has seen massive increases in the trafficking of fentanyl across its border.
He's just a bit confused about the direction it is flowing.
The US ships 22 TIMES the fentanyl to Canada that Canada ships to the US. And Canada is a smaller market.
