We're trying to make it where people feel comfortable talking about mental health. Not all people struggling with mental health needs to be in a mental health hospital. Taking the right meds you can live a normal life.
I know somethings about mental health. 40+ yrs I've been suffering with depression, anxiety & panic disorder. Throw in some night terror too.
