I've yet to see a single response to the publisher/ label deals here from any songwriters or recording artists. And don't get me wrong. I think the issue is conditioning outputs, not worrying about training. That ship has sailed.

it is so important not underestimate charisma. and he has it in spades. it does matter and it does make a difference. wrapping it around competence and popular ideas is the dream.
