I used to make them in clay for each one but I’ve decided casting is best for them too so I’m going to get a few made perfectly and do that. :)

Part of me wonders if psychs even understand masking very much. It's so easy to hide symptoms and pain. You would think they would be well versed.

I feel all of this and I’m so sorry. I masked so well in front of my therapist that I was deemed all better and let go. :( I can go back but I fear it will go the same. And same for chats. It’s lonely, but safe. :(
