Like doubting my chronic fatigue was because of my depression or some other issue, which only made me feel worse. This really resonated with me, I often struggle with all of these.. This really helped put it into perspective, and your affirmations help me feel a bit better about it. Thank you dearly

Thank you so much HearthFox. This helps a lot.. I've struggled constantly with my depression for the past 8 years and it's made everything very confusing.. Ironically having it so long has not helped me understand it better, just made me more confused, attributing the symptoms to different things,

Hey! I was curious if you had any tips for those who know they are, but struggle to define what animal? I only recently figured out I am one, and that's probably why I became a furry many years ago lol. I get a lot of validation from being referred to as a creature/cryptid but that's all I've found

You're super real for that tbh. I can't really live with short hair, some stupid trauma that has made me super attached to having long hair. So HELL YEA GIRL! Cut that hair, rock the short look, I know ya can. Do what I can't! ..or something idk. Having short hair rocks though
