As a former FWS employee, I can say that needs to change. Even before the need for unions to fight the evils of this administration, they were needed to ensure fair treatment and stop cronyism.

I have seen reports on reddit about supervisors, at an unknown agency, making job duty changes for one employee to shield them from the coming RIF at the expense of another employee. I know this kind of favoritism does happen at FWS (seen it). Please encourage leadership to check their biases.

Not to mention they happily ordered it "for the table".
