Say you want to learn how to draw forearms. Well, just look at your arms, move them around, look at the arms of other people doing everyday things, look how certain muscles pop up when moving fingers, the wrist, the elbow, look at the shape of those muscles, try to guess where the bones are...

You don't really have to be practicing all the time. Observing and analyzing other art, people or other elements around you is just as important as actively drawing, that is a way to keep practicing while taking a break from drawing.

take it easy, remember that observation is also a way to keep practicing without drawing.

like, is it okay if i just post digital art, photography, oil and acrylic paintings, and pencil drawings, maybe ink and watercolor too? might look like a mess, but I don't like sticking to one medium, it gets boring and stale
