The damage Target did to itself is permanent. Making a guy from Marketing CEO who is promising "a great customer experience" isn't going to bring us back. Target decided they didn't need or want us, or care about our concerns. So they will have to survive without us. Good luck with that...

I hold doors for people without expectations. I also don't say thank you, because helping another is something everyone should do.
BTW, if you're opening/holding the door for someone and expecting acknowledgement, that is not kindness, that's a transaction.

We cared for a crow who had been shot through, but somehow survived. We put foods down for him at the base of the feeder-- water, too. He adopted our home as his territory and brought two wives and had more than a dozen children while he lived.
