They’re abundant here . When they get to such high numbers the DNR has a hunting season to lower their numbers. Before that upsets you, when their numbers get too high, they start getting hit by cars. And hitting a deer can be as bas as hitting a car.

I drive home along a road like this. The other night at midnight I saw 8 deer crossing the road ahead of me, so I slowed down to not scare them. As each made it across the road they walked baabout 10 yards away from the road, and each one stopped there, turned around to face me and just stared.
