Having a chronic illness and medical anxiety is so fun... because you're constantly asking yourself stuff like, "Is it just my normal back pain, or do I have a kidney infection that will get worse, which will lead sepsis and most likely...? No! It's probably just back pain. I mean, it better be."

I have my infusion today... I just hope the nurse gets a vein on the first try. Nothing sucks worse than being poked with a needle upwards of 6 times in order to be told, "Oh, well... I guess we're just going to have to reschedule." #chronicallyill
