I think the funny thing is that on point 1, 48 goals last season was one of our better season goal totals

Actually, my other point aside, I double checked Obed's injury. It was a bit of a freak thing, he had made 13 starts in 22 appearances across all competitions before that injury. He wasn't even closed to "overused" that's a wild ascertation

Morris - hardly an overuse issue considering the goalie ran through him
Joao Paulo - definitely was rested
Albert Rusnak - closest to unrested but was subbed off in each Leagues Cup game to rest

At some point I think you need to trust that the team that is tracking every minute played, every yard ran, along with a million data points covering the health status of our players, are not gonna make choices that is going to likely injure our players.

I feel like there's a difference in recognizing that PDLV was playing like ass and saying something like "everyone who was involved in his signing should be ashamed" like what was said by the other commenter.
There were many writing PDLV completely off. Reality is, he's a young player, lots to go

I think getting a young spine player could be a good spend, we have the younger winger, maybe a CM/AM or CB to grow under quality vets next year which may be our last window year.

On a bright side, I think because we have been finding deals left and right, hopefully we have the flexibility to have a big transfer window when that window does close. Along with a lot of our kids can get some more involved roles. I think we are potentially setup to survive that window closing

on 2...I think one of the biggest things Schmetzer did early on as a coach for PDLV was talking about how he needs to reign it in a bit. PDLV last year would roam all over the field with the ball. Wrong position, yes, but PDLV is showing a new level of efficiency with the ball he didn't have before

People really love to shit on Craig Waibel and pretend like he hasn't spent money etc like Garth but Garth focused a lot on building up our academy and promoting players from within, not paying high fees for players

Don't think Pedro was benched for discipline. Something about sounders wanted to keep his minutes at a safer level to be cautious with his injury history

One of the most interesting aspects about our fanbase is how little leash they give to the kids. It's either be lights out or be labeled as a second-tier player. The kids need time on the field to develop, and given starts to really settle into games sometimes. I dont get the RBW hate recently

What is dont get is that it was a contract with incentives that made him a DP. He literally performed well enough for the team to co sider him at a DP level and its still not enough for some fans.

Incredibly rude and for what? Just because you see someone look in that direction doesn't exactly mean they see them. We don't have like vision cones of the exact angles everyone has. Both of Jeremiah's comments allowed for some uncertainty, I don't think it's fair to be an asshole over that.
