the latest group class talked about not worrying about the reality of the lighting but just shading things in a way that gives us the effect we want. It worked out really well here, shading the front of the cat in sunlight with the ship behind in (1/2)

Another year of art is over! I hope everyone made progress this year!

I want to do a lot more anatomy study coming up, and also work more on actually implementing interesting perspective instead of just studying it.
