Also, I want a multi layered trifle, layers for everyone, but Hipkins is offering me junket with a side of vinegar.

Election 2026. ACT begins the spend and lies on opposition policies earlier than expected. I mean I expected the lies but the timing is early. #nzpol

Luxon reckons that people who can’t afford electricity to cook have no business complaining about the high cost of meat and essential food items and they should also desist from raining on farmers’ parade. #nzpol

It’s not enough that Labour MPs have made statements. The Party needs to speak out unequivocally.

If a section of the community is stripped of human rights to healthcare & the Party won’t make a statement, what other human rights abuses will they surrender to the possibility of losing votes? #nzpol

Landlords do not provide housing they’re in a shoddy business that offers very little protection to those who need to rent.

Yeah yeah not all landlords, not all men either but lens.monash.edu/@politics-so...

People have told me Bill English used to be a decent bloke, he’s fallen a long way off that perch in their eyes and was never on it in mine, but this example of taking a sick pig to market is beyond redemption but if there’s cash in it for you I suppose some people would sell anything. #nzpol

Imo this is on the same spectrum as the PoliceNZ scandal. Attacking women should be a disqualifier for any role and definitely an sppoitment that gives you power over others #nzpol 1/2

Women’s lives, our reputations, our safety are discounted. Misogny in action.

Your sustainability credentials mean squat if the workforce in your business aren’t paid at least a Living Wage. Your workers need to sustain themselves too.

It’s Living Wage Week as good a time as any to think about how to support the campaign for a Living Wage at a time when the Govt is actively driving down wages and job security. #nzpol

Our business was an accredited Living Wage Employer from the start of the programme in 2014 until we closed the business this year.

Living Wage Week is a timely reminder to back employers who pay a Living Wage. #LivingWageWeek #ShopLocal #ShopLivingWage

It’s Living Wage week. Vote in a Government that’s cheering from the stage not one that’s heckling from the sidelines and constantly manoeuvring and reducing worker rights to ensure essential workers don’t ever there.
